Where will we go? What will we do? How will we survive?
These are agonizing questions that arise because of adversity. These are questions many refugees ask each day.
On February 20th, I’ll be returning to Armenia to minister to pastors and leaders and check on several of our outreach projects. I’ll also be helping refugees who have been displaced because of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia that forced nearly 100,000 ethnic Armenians from their homes.
We have the opportunity to be a channel of HOPE to these people, showing them God’s love, grace, and compassion.
The Psalmist gives a beautiful list of how the Lord is gracious and righteous to people. He helps the oppressed, gives food to the hungry, frees the prisoner, gives sight to the blind, raises those defeated, protects the sojourner, and leads the orphan and widow to security (Ps. 111:5; 132:15; 136:24; 145:15).
We have the opportunity—and responsibility—to show God’s compassion and hospitality, and serve others with what He has blessed us.
Our ministry is inspiring tangible HOPE and HELP to those facing adversity. And I would love you to join us in being God’s instrument that transforms adversity to HOPE!
